Foster & Bailey Pâte de Verre Sterling Bracelet

This signed vintage bracelet displays the cutting edge style of the early 20th Century.  Sterling silver links alternate with ovals of pâte de verre. The diamond-shaped silver links are embossed with a snake skin texture. The pâte de verre (the French term for a glass paste closely related to enamel) links resemble cabochons of coral and are set in sterling frames. Complete with the original clasp. This piece is marked "F&B Sterling" for the company Foster & Bailey. The details on this bracelet are just everything.

Foster & Bailey was an American silversmith based out of Providence, RI. Active from 1873 to 1951, they created fine silver housewares as well as jewels. 

Details..... The bracelet measures 7" long and 0.78" wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
