Four Piece Suite of Carved Rose, Silver & Marcasite Jewelry

This suite of carved flower, silver and marcasite jewels is fabulous, it is amazing the set has remained intact after all this time. Matching necklace, bracelet, earrings and brooch feature gorgeous rose blossoms, carved from (probably) ox bone. The creamy white roses are set in sterling silver, all embellished with glittering marcasites. The realistic, three-dimensional rose bud brooch is particularly lovely. The earrings are clip on. Beautifully constructed and in lovely condition. This set is hallmarked and stamped "Sterling Silver" and "Germany." Circa 1920-1930.

Details.....The necklace is 16" long and 0.62" wide. The bracelet is 7" long and 0.70" wide. The brooch measure 1.35" by 3.30". The earrings measure 0.83" by 1". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear to antique and vintage jewels, we consider it part of their charm.
