As you have probably noticed I love to mix metals and textures. This chain is a great example of it. It goes with everything and can be fancy or casual. The circa 1900 French silver links have lovely little rose gold rosette shaped plaques on them and the addition of the Victorian curb link at the end complements this. I love using vintage findings, and am enthralled by discovering of just the right split ring or hook for a piece, this necklace has a hand made flat edged gold ring holding it all together in the front as well as a gold Victorian watch hook swivel from which to hand a fob or charm or locket or? The silver chain has French Hallmarks.
