Hand cut crystal in their original sterling silver settings circa 1830, now the perfect pair of antique ear drops. We added sterling silver ear wires the perfect size and shape to hug the ear. We have a very limited selection of pendants and earbobs made with these flashing beauties, each piece as unique as its setting and hand cut stone. The earrings are available in a few sizes and price ranges.
In the early 1800's gems were hand cut with open culets & mounted in closed back settings, all of these things allowed the low light of candles to reflect and sparkle in the jewel adding to its allure.
Details...Sterling. 15.4mm drop from the ear, 7.6mm wide at crystal. These are over 180 years old and will show some wear.
