Bada bing bada boom ... these Mid-Century cufflinks have Vegas levels of glitz. Rectangular slabs of coppery goldstone set in gold-plated links. The goldstone nestles in curved tabs set atop cut-cornered rectangular panels. Diagonal stripes composed of glittering pinstripe engraving transverse each panel. These post and toggle style cufflinks are a great example of dramatic men's jewelry. The fun is mandatory. Circa 1960.

The "gem" commonly referred to as goldstone, is, in actuality, a type of specialized glass. It is created by mixing copper and other metal oxides with molten glass and allowing tiny crystals of metallic copper to form.

Details.....The face measures .88" by .64", and the foot is .68" across. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
