Gold & Silver Fob with Aesthetic Movement Engraving
An English gold on sterling silver medal fob that dates to the Victorian era. The front of the medal features a gold shield surrounded by Aesthetic Movement engraving and framed with wreathes of gold-kissed laurel leaves. The medal has no personal engraving. The piece is hallmarked for Birmingham, sterling silver and the years 1893-94. It is also signed with the maker's mark A.P.M. This fob will make a pretty pendant. It will look fabulous on one of our Ancient Influences married chains.
Details.....The medal measures 1.28" by 1.91". In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
