Grand Canyon Jasper & Silver Cuff

A beautiful handmade silver cuff bracelet set with jasper and engraved with a charming inscription. The jasper is rich with tawny desert hues. It is bezel set within a frame of flattened silver twist. The coin silver cuff has a three-bar construction, with a center bar of wide flattened silver twist. The piece is finished with classic Native American rocker designs and applied beads. The rockers look like wriggling snakes. The interior of the bracelet is hand engraved "Grand Canyon Aug. 11, 1942". Perhaps this wonderful piece was a souvenir from a road trip taken during World War II. Circa 1940.

Details.....The bracelet measures 1.27" wide at the stone and 0.33" wide at the terminals. The inside measures 2.23" wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on your vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of their charm.
