An unusual Victorian locket set with an agate cameo of a Greek soldier. The oval locket is 14k gold, framed in a scrolling flourish. The agate is a warm umber rectangle; It's carved with the profile of a handsome bearded soldier wearing a helmet. The cameo sits in a simple bezel with gold beaded accents atop the substantial piece. It opens to reveal a lining of antique purple paper. Wear this pendant on one of our Ancient Influences married chains. Circa 1860.
Details.....The locket measures 1.04" by 1.43", and it is .55" deep. In Very Good Antique Condition. Imperfections are to be expected in antique jewelry; it is considered a part of its charm.
