Handsome Hayward Cufflink & Stud Set in Box

A boxed cufflink and shirt stud set signed for Haywood. The stylish pieces have a dynamic design, their flat, square faces are inlaid with colorful stones. Lapis, tigers eye, carnelian and agate are cut into geometric shapes, then set in stark black onyx. The cufflinks are post and toggle style. Presented on gray velvet in a black metal case; the case shows rust spots on the lid's interior. This set is great, and the handsome original box makes it ideal for gifting. Circa 1970.

The Walter E. Hayward Co. was founded in 1851, and is considered one of the U.S.'s oldest fine jewelry manufacturers. In 1970, company merged with the A&Z Chain Co. to form the A&Z Hayward Co.

Details... The cufflink face measures .63" square, the stud face is .35" square, and the box is 3.56" by 2.75". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
