Impressive OEC Diamond and Platinum Engagement Ring

What a glorious diamond, 1.71 carat Old Euro great clarity for sparkle and just a hint of pale yellow to the color. The setting is chunky and rather magnificent with scrolly rolled settings for the diamonds closest to the center stone and squared off settings for the diamonds at the shoulders. The band has a wide polished flat side which tapers into a knife edge as it reaches the back of the band. Platinum and antique diamonds, circa 1940.

This ring comes with an insurance replacement cost appraisal. The appraisal is done by an independent gem lab. The appraised value is $11,400.

Diamond Details.....The center diamond is 1.71cts, Old European Cut VS1-J/L. There are 4 tiny round diamonds, the total weight of all the diamonds is 1.90ct.

Details.....Currently a size 6, one free sizing is included with the purchase. The ring measures 16.9mm x 7.4mm at the diamond set top. And 2.6mm at the side of the band. Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
