Incredible Zuni Turquoise Petit Point Ring

Incredible Zuni rings such as this are both classic and hard to find. Hand-cut turquoise gems of that perfect, pure Sleeping Beauty blue are set on an elongated sterling silver plaque. Teardrop-shaped turquoises frame four vertically-placed round turquoises. The petite point turquoises are set in saw tooth bezels atop oxidized silver. Twisted silver wire separates the rounds from the teardrops, and beads detail the ring's scalloped edge. Split shoulders taper into a double band. An exquisite piece with a generous proportion. Circa 1970.

Details.....Currently a size 9. The top of the ring measures 24.8mm by 41.3mm, and the band is 3.8mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of their charm.
