This Mexican silver bracelet is influenced by Pre-Columbian designs. Dramatic in size: each link is a half-cylinder, engraved with a pattern of curves and dots, and embellished with a flourish of raised beads. The bracelet closes with a pin clasp, the pin is attached to a chain so it won't be lost. The hinged links are supple, with inner curves that lay comfortably around the wrist. The inside of this piece is marked "Silver Mexico." This bracelet is a true statement piece that will spark conversation whenever you wear it. Circa 1950.

This piece dates from a high point in silver jewelry design in Mexico. In the 1940s the Mexican city of Taxco drew jewelry artists from all over the world. The main attraction for designers and studio jewelers was the locally mined supply of materials. Silver and semi precious gems were abundant and affordable.

Details.....The bracelet measures 7.5" long and 0.46" wide. The links have a profile of 0.46" tall. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces; we consider it part of the charm.
