An Italian chain of slithery sterling silver gilt mesh. Silver links are worked into a supple, substantial-looking yet lightweight chain, washed in a coat of gold. The necklace fastens with a sturdy lobster claw, marked "Lirm 925 Italy." So chic, wear this chain with anything from jeans and a T-shirt to your favorite little black dress. Circa 1980.
