Juicy red and orange guilloché enamel bands this gorgeous Norwegian ring. Structured like a folk art spoon ring, the shank is not soldered closed allowing for some adjustability. The ring is signed "David Andersen" for the renown Norwegian jeweler. It is also marked "Norway Sterling 925S". Circa 1950.

Guilloché enamel is a decorative technique in which a very precise, repetitive pattern is machine engraved into metal, then covered with a layer of translucent enamel. The intricate engraved geometric patterns are visible through the enamel.

Details.....The ring is approximately a size 5.5. It is slightly adjustable. The enameled top measures 20mm by 14.5mm, and the band is 3.8mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on antique and vintage jewels, we consider it part of their charm.
