A delightful Art Deco dress clip of lacy sterling silver spangled with glittering marcasites. From a distance, the open work metal resembles a rose, but upon closer inspection it actually depicts a bunch of delicate lilies. The tiny marcasites add a moody glamour. This jewel has a hinged back that allow it to be clipped securely onto a dress or scarf, it will look amazing worn in the "V" of a deeply cut neckline. It could even be worn as a barrette. Circa 1920.
Details.....The clip measures .84" by 1.78". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on antique and vintage jewels, we consider it part of their charm.
