This little black opal ring packs a big, big punch of color. The opal is the brightest blue you can imagine, shimmering with pixilated swirls of violet and teal. The opal sits securely in an interrupted 14k gold bezel above a very low profile gallery. Tiny gold balls nestle in split shoulders that taper into a knife edge band. This ring's design makes it a great pinky ring, but please remember that opals are as delicate as they are beautiful. Circa 1960.
Details... Currently a size 4. The top of the ring measures 12.5mm by 11.2mm, and the band is 1.6mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it a part of their charm.
