Natural Blue Zircon in Diamond-Set White Gold Pendant

A radiant natural blue zircon dazzles within a corona of diamond-set 18k white gold rays. The zircon weighs 2cts, and its unique color and sparkle are amazing. The gem is prong-set at the center of a spiked white gold halo. Eight little diamonds are prong-set amongst the rays. This glamorous pendant hangs on a fine gauge white gold curb chain. Natural blue zircon has a very high refractive index of 1.93-1.98. The higher the refractive index of a gem, the slower light passes through it, causing the stone to sparkle wildly.

Details.....The chain is 20" long, and the pendant measures .70" in diameter. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
