Old Mine French Cut Diamonds with Sapphires in Platinum

I love French cut diamonds and this ring holds nine in a perfect square bordered by French cut sapphires, swoon worthy indeed! The diamonds are sparkling white and brilliant, set in a sawtooth bezel with beads on the center diamond, the sapphires are channel set in the same way and calibré cut for a perfect fit. Each shoulder holds three little round diamonds. The back of the ring has lovely detail as well. Platinum setting each French cut diamond shows off its lovely open culet, circa 1920.

Details.....Currently a size 6.75. The top of the ring measures 12.8mm by 12.8mm, and the band is 1.8mm wide. In Excellent Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
