These petite Victorian earbobs are a sweet dream, with vibrant opal and diamond drops. Teardrop-shaped opals are framed in chunky old mine cut diamonds, the gorgeous gems are set in silver layered over 18ct gold. The drops dangle from 18ct gold French ear wires; each ear wire is embellished with a diamond, set in a silver cut-back collet. The opals have a .70tcw, the wonderful old diamonds have a .55tcw. Circa 1885.
Details.....The earrings are .88" long, the drops measure .32" by .41". In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it a part of their charm.
