A lovely garland of flowers surrounds a synthetic green spinel in this pretty 1930's ring. Signed for Otsby and Barton, and 10k. The shoulders of the ring have hand engraved decoration. American Jewelry manufacturers Otsby and Barton created pretty decorative rings in the early 20th century. Otsby and his daughter were passengers on the Titanic, he perished while she survived.
