Oval Yellow Sapphire in Diamond Halo Ring Circa 1900

Like an oval of sunshine the yellow sapphire in the center of the diamond halo is delightful. The diamonds ringing the sapphire are all old european cut and are set in platinum, the body of the ring is 18k yellow gold. What a wonderful engagement ring this would be. Circa 1900.

Gem Details.....The central gem is a 1.49 ct natural yellow sapphire. There are 14  old european cut diamonds surrounding the sapphire with a total carat weight of .53. The oec diamonds are SI/I G/H/I.

Details.....Currently a size 7.25, one free sizing is included. The front of the ring measures 13.2mm x 11.5mm at the gem set top, the band measures 2mm. In Good antique condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces, we consider it part of the charm.
