Perfectly Proportioned Pearl & Old Cut Diamond Ring

A white natural pearl with a tender rosé blush is surrounded by a halo of old mine and old European cut diamonds in this delightful Victorian ring. The dazzling diamonds provide the perfect counterpoint to the luscious pearl. The gems are set in 18k gold, winking coyly from a circular gallery atop beveled shoulders and a slender tapered band. This is a classic style, beautifully executed with ideal proportions. Circa 1890.

This ring comes with an insurance replacement cost appraisal. The appraisal is done by an independent gem lab. The appraised value is $4700.

Pearl & Diamond Details.....The natural saltwater pearl is white with slight rosé overtone. The Pinctada species pearl has GIA report 1232643062. Ten old cut diamonds have a .97tcw, with VS-SI clarity and I-J-K color range.

Details.....Currently a size 6. The top of the ring measures 11.2mm by 12mm and the band is 1.3mm wide. The pearl measures 6.1mm in diameter. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
