Petite & Proud Gold, Platinum & Diamond Retro Ring

The Retro design movement produced some fascinating jewels truly unique to the era. This fabulous example pairs warm yellow gold and icy platinum with clean lines and voluptuous curves. A classic 14k gold ribbed band with a proud domed profile forms the base of the ring. Three rectangular platinum boxes, like half a hexagon, are inset in the side of the dome, each set with a row of three bright diamonds. The sparkling stones have a .45tcw. The dramatic top of the ring sits over a wide gold band. This ring is a very small size, and somewhere out there is a petite Retro lover who has been waiting for this one. Circa 1940.

Details.....Currently a size 3.75. The top of the ring measures 21.3mm by 12.8mm, and the band is 4.1mm wide. The profile is 11.3mm tall. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should expect all vintage and antique jewels to show some wear; we consider it part of their charm.
