This early Victorian locket is as substantial as it is lovely. Crafted in rich 18k gold, it is embellished by engine-turned patterning as well as a heavy, hand-engraved frame: flowers on one side, a monogram (A.L.D. or A.T.L.? You be the judge!) on the other. A pocket watch style button release opens the locket, revealing a charming photograph of a little girl under glass. An unusual piece, of high quality and in very nice condition.

Materials: 18k yellow gold, currently on a black satin ribbon

Measurements: 1.83" long (2.25" with bale), 1.40" wide

Era: 1840's

Condition: Very good Vintage condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces, we consider it part of the charm.
