This dramatic Mexican pendant is decorated with a pre Columbian motif. The sterling silver disc is engraved with geometric designs: meanders and zig zags have a reptilian vitality. Polished high points and engraved texture create depth. A jump ring has been added to the bale. The back is marked "Plata 925 MRM Guad Jal Mex" for Guadalajara, Mexico. Circa 1950.
Details.....The pendant measures 1.66", 1.87" with bale. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces; we consider it part of the charm.
