A radiant Zuni sunflower brooch, crafted in silver and set with exquisite turquoise petite point. A rayed silver circle is embellished with rings of small round and teardrop-shaped blue and green turquoises. Each stone sits in a hand-cut bezel, with twisted silver wire and silver beads to complete the piece. The brooch fastens with a secure rollover clasp. Exquisite lapidary work is a hallmark of Zuni jewels, a feature that is on full display in this unsigned work of art. Circa 1970.
Details.....The brooch measures 1.82" in diameter. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should expect some wear on all vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of their charm.
