Red Sparked Amber & Silver Bead Necklace by Ancient Influences

In the depth of winter I long for the bright sun. This inspired me to make a small collection of jewelry featuring vintage amber that looks like frozen sunlight. This necklace is made of tiny handmade silver beads I bought 20 years ago and a lovely amber pendant. The amber is filled with inclusions that look like the red sparks of a mid winter bonfire. All hand knotted on golden silk with a decorative spiraled hook clasp. The beads are all from my personal collection.

As with all of the pieces from the Ancient Influences Collection, there is a limited quantity of these materials and no two are ever exactly alike.

Details.....The necklace is 20" long. The amber pendant measures 1.12" by 0.28". The silver beads measure 1.3mm.

All of the items in this collection are made using vintage bits & pieces and small imperfections are to be considered part of their charm.
