What a regal antique cross, this piece is stunning. Hand cut from inky black onyx , the simplicity of the stone is adorned with pearls set in 14k gold. This extraordinary cross retains its original gold and enamel bale. The bale accommodates a large chain, we think this beauty would also look fabulous on a velvet ribbon. Circa 1870.
Details.....The cross measures 2.14" wide by 3.46" long, the bale measures 0.55". In Very Good antique condition. There is a tiny chip in the back bottom of the onyx. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of their charm.
