This antique brooch depicts three serene sailboats drifting on tropical seas, blown by balmy breezes. The vessels are reverse painted on three crystals, each placed on a "sky" of bright blue Morpho butterfly wings. The crystals are bezel set in decorative gold filled frames. Circa 1860.
Details.....This locket measures 1.03" in diameter and 1.35" with bale. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on antique and vintage jewelry, we consider it part of the charm.
