These signed Renoir earrings have a stack of deep red enamel panels with a curve of copper atop them. They are clip back.
From the late 1940's to the mid-1960's Copper jewels were all the rage. From designer firms, Renoir and Matisse, to unsigned small studio artist pieces this trend produced fabulous wearable art. The colors of the enamels and the interesting designs make these pieces sought after collectibles.
