Faceted oval amethysts are displayed to fine advantage in these lovely 14k gold earrings. The gems are bezel set in light, airy frames of ruffled gold. Open-backed settings allow lots of light to illuminate the pretty purple stones. The earrings are finished with graceful 14k gold French ear wires. Romantic and comfortable to wear, the best of all worlds. Circa 1950.
Details.....The earrings are .90" long, and the amethyst drops measure .55" by .62". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on your vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of their charm.
