Romantic Diamond Oval Platinum & 18ct Gold Ring

This romantic antique ring is a scalloped oval of diamond-spangled platinum over 18ct yellow gold. Three diamonds are set vertically down the center of the oval. One dozen smaller diamonds halo the center stones, framed in exquisite milgrain engraving. Four additional diamonds are set in the ring's platinum shoulders. The bright diamonds have an approximate .25tcw. The platinum is layered over gold, with a low-profile gallery and a slender band. Lacy and sweet, like an Edwardian Valentine's Day card. Circa 1900.

Details.....Currently a size 8.25. The top of the ring measures 15.8mm by 10.7mm, the band measures 1.8mm wide. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should expect all vintage and antique jewels to show some wear; we consider it part of their charm.
