A dome of lacy filigree is crowned with a velvety blue sapphire in this charming Art Deco engagement ring. The dreamy natural sapphire is inset in a hexagonal head, held by six prongs. 14k white gold filigree and pierce work is engraved and spangled with four small, sparkling accent diamonds. The puffy top of the ring tapers into decorative shoulders and a slender band. This ring will make a wonderful engagement ring: something old, something blue, something beautiful. Circa 1920.
Details.....Currently a size 4.5. The top of the ring measures 18mm by 10.4mm, and the band is 1.4mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
