A fleur de lis brooch of shimmering shell inlay displayed in a gold bezel. The stylized lily is pastel pink and purple abalone, set in an oval field of iridescent white mother of pearl. The bezel is a simple ring that tests at 9k gold. This brooch fastens with a classic Victorian c-clasp. Understated, yet distinctly lovely. Circa 1890.
