Smart Deco Carved Organic Bead Necklace

A sassy Art Deco necklace of carved bone beads. Conical and cylindrical beads alternate with small barrel beads and graduated round beads. The barrel beads are carved with a pattern of stylized flowers and the round beads are ribbed. The beads are freshly strung on white silk and the clasp is drilled and threaded bone. Our forensics team believes the bone to be ox. This snazzy necklace is perfect for casual day wear, pair it with your smartest suit and cloche. Circa 1920.

Details.....Necklace measures 17.5" long. The smallest beads measure 6.9mm, the largest 17.4mm. In Very Good Antique condition, the carved barrel beads show slight wear. You should always expect some wear on your vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of their charm.
