Smart Sapphire & Old Mine Cut Diamond Target Ring

This smart Art Deco sapphire target ring wears a halo of sublime antique diamonds. The round 1.75ct sapphire has an intense indigo-blue color. Nine marvelous old mine-cut diamonds, with a .80 total carat weight, are set in a sparkling corona around the center gem. The diamonds are chunky, with tall crowns and fat culets. Absolutely delightful. The ring is icy 14k white gold; the sapphire nestles in fancy scalloped prongs, and a sleek border frames the circular top of the ring. A low-profile gallery and gently tapered band make this lavish piece easy to wear. Circa 1930.

Gem Details.....The sapphire comes with GIA report 6234289453. The natural sapphire corundum is a 1.75ct oval modified brilliant cut, from Thailand.

Details.....Currently a size 5.75. The top of the ring measures 11.7mm in diameter, and the band is 1mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
