Starry Wind Rose Edwardian Diamond Ring
This wonderful ring marries Edwardian jewelry making techniques with a beautiful and unusual design. A cluster of sparkling little diamonds are set in a platinum top. The delicately handworked and milgrained platinum resembles a starry wind rose, with points at the compass directions. The diamond-set top is layered over an 18ct gold gallery and band. It sits above slim pinched shoulders that widen into a graceful band. Gorgeous, with a practical low profile. This lovely antique ring will make a splendid unconventional engagement ring. Circa 1910.
