Sterling Filigree & Blue Glass Cats Eye Bracelet

This pretty sterling silver filigree bracelet is set with blue glass "cat's eye" gems. The filigree links swirl around the prong-set marquise-shaped cabochon gems. The bracelet fastens with a folding clasp and has a safety chain for security. The interior is marked "Alice Caviness Sterling." Something old, something blue ... this enchanting piece would make a lovely bridal bracelet. Circa 1960.

Alice Caviness began producing costume jewelry after World War II. Much like Chanel and Schiaparelli, her jewelry line was a complement to her fashion designs. Caviness produced jewelry into the 1990s.
