Substantial Edwardian Two Tone Diamond Band

A luxurious Edwardian wedding ring, with sparkling diamonds in a heavy and beautifully engraved gold band. A pretty 0.20ct diamond is inset in the 14k yellow gold band, held by a white gold bezel. Four little diamonds flank the center stone, each set in a diamond-shaped bezel. The band is engraved with forget me nots, and milgrain detail embellishes the white gold bezels. A romantic personal inscription is hand engraved inside the ring, "H.J.H. to C.A.P. 2-5-17." This substantial band is straight, not tapered, making it ideal for stacking. It will make a dreamy commitment ring or anniversary band. Circa 1915.
