Swedish Brooch in Silver and Green Chalcedony

This lovely Swedish brooch dates to the 1930s, but the whiplash lines and stylized nature themes are reminiscent of the earlier Art Nouveau era. A green chalcedony gem is bezel set in sterling silver. The dreamy stone sits in the center of a blossom, and leaves and vines curl around the flower. Delicate and lightweight, this brooch will be so pretty on a blouse or sweater.
Details.....The brooch measures 0.75" by 2.50". In Very Good Vintage condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels.
