The Lions Paws Gold Becher Citrine and Diamond Ring

A warm golden Citrine is set deep in this 14k yellow gold ring from 1887. The ring is engraved with details that give the look of paws holding the gem, which was fashionable in rings of the period, and each shoulder is set with a trio of round diamonds in graduating sizes. An original engraved sentiment can be faintly seen inside, the year 1887 the date of the 25th, the month is lost.

This is a belcher setting, meaning the gem is prong set flush with the top of the ring and the prongs are a part of the design and ring itself.  Vintage, Antique, ethical and one of a kind.

Details.....Currently a size 7.25, one free sizing is included with the purchase. The ring measures 9.5mm at the top. And 4.7mm at the side of the band. Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
