Like a swirl of blowing leaves in winter, this pair of earrings has beautiful movement and stunning antique diamonds. From the same group of 19th century elements and like all the other pieces in the Lumiére collection these diamonds don't disappoint. The diamonds set into the leaves are rectangular like little diamond loaves. The culets, crowns, and tables are individual and truly beautiful on each of these shining beauties. The accent diamonds are a combination of white sparkling rose cuts, and tiny shiny chunky old mine cuts. Truly one of a kind, this pair of earrings date to the mid 1800's, the posts are new 14k yellow gold. Re-cycle, re-purpose, re-love.
Lumiére for the way the light plays on and in these lovely old diamonds. With this group of jewels we concentrated on what the original configurations communicated to us. We kept the diamonds in their original silver and gold settings and used recycled gold and platinum to make them into rings, earrings, and pendants.
Details.....The earrings measure 15.1mm across. In lovely condition, please expect to see some wear and quirks with this collection, we consider it part of the design.
