Rose Cut Diamond and Sapphire Heart

A lovely heart pendant pavé set with rose cut diamonds and a calibré cut sapphire band. There are 29 diamonds and 7 sapphires, the heart is sterling silver and 18k yellow gold and suspended from an 18k yellow gold chain. Circa 1900.

Details.....The chain is 16" long and the heart measures .18.3m x 20.7mm. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it a part of the charm.
