The Suspended Cube Gold Fob Necklace by Ancient Influences

For me, the beauty of an antique chain is enhanced by the patina it acquires with a century or more of love. This lovely chain is over 100 years old and has one of my favourite clasp styles, a smooth tube. This one closes at the front. I have suspended a heavily engraved 9k gold cube fob from the clasp on a segment of flattened curb chain. This unique necklace will look beautiful on its own or layered with your other pieces. The ingredients in this necklace date from 1880-1910. The chain is 14k gold.

From the Married Chains Collection by Ancient Influences. All of the ingredients in this necklace are recycled and vintage. I love using vintage findings, and am thrilled by the discovery of just the right split ring or hook for a piece.

Details.....The chain is 19" long and the chain is 2.5mm wide. The drop including the cube measures 1.75" long. The piece weighs 12.5 grams.

Each item from this line of jewelry is unique and incorporates re-purposed vintage and antique pieces. Small imperfections are to be expected and considered part of their charm.
