The Versatile Faceted Link Hook and Ring Chain

Every link of the pretty 19th century 9k English chain used in this necklace has facets. I love all the little details, the play of the crispness of the 14k gold hook, with the roundness of the antique 9k gold spring ring, each bit chosen just for this creation from my hoard of chain and findings. The hook is perfect for your favourite charms and fobs, they snap on easily but you must push in the little hidden bar to remove them so they're super safe. The spring ring can be attached above the hook if you prefer a pendant effect. The best part about having  2 clasps? You can hang charms from both! The hook and ring can be worn to the back when you want a simple gold chain look. The ingredients in this piece date from Circa 1870-80.

Details.....The necklace is 18" long, the chain is 3.5mm wide. The ring is 8.9mm across, and the swivel hook is 18.2mm long.
