This Victorian Revival 18k white gold crescent moon is set with .35tcw of sparkling white diamonds. The late 1940's-50's there was a fashion for jewels modeled after the styles of the late 1800's and this crescent is from that revival period. As beautifully detailed as a piece from the Victorian era would have been this lovely jewel is sure to please. Hallmarked on the back for London 18k and 1949-50.
This pendant is a conversion piece, it started its life as a brooch.
Details.....The Crescent measures .92" x .92" The chain is new 18k recycled gold, adjustable to 16" & 18" long. In Very good vintage condition.
