This little beauty is signed for Krementz, and 14k gold. Krementz was an American Jewelry manufacturer and they created exquisitely detailed jewels. This chatelaine pin dates from the heyday of American jewelry manufacturing circa 1890. The frame is a series of golden plumes interspersed with tiny American river pearls, in the center is a rich deeply colored natural Amethyst gem in a cushion shape.
