The detail on this Edwardian belt buckle brooch is to die for. The 14k gold pin is lightweight, with crisp angles. The strap is enameled a matte black, creating the appearance of leather. Square gold buckles "buckle" at each end of the strap, with gold prongs appearing to pierce gold riveted belt holes. Tiny pearls embellish the buckles' frames. It fastens with a rollover security pin. This whimsical trompe-l'œil brooch is the ideal size and weight for wear on a scarf, collar, or hat. Circa 1910.
Details.....The brooch measures 1.35" by .33". In Very Good Antique Condition. You should expect all vintage and antique jewels to show some wear; we consider it part of their charm.
