A fabulous twist on a book chain. This Victorian beauty dates from circa 1870 and has multiple uses. There are 2 clasps on this chain, one clasping the chain closed which is also where the chain drop is attached. If you remove the chain drop the necklace can be worn on its own, or you can clasp the chain drop into the necklace to make it longer, or you can clasp your locket or charms to the bottom of the chain drop.
Details.....18" wearable length, clasp the chain drop into the chain for another 1.75". The links measure 8.2mm wide.
