A darling two-tone English engagement ring with an east/west orientation. A cluster of sparkling diamonds is set in a platinum lozenge; 10 bright little stones have a .20tcw. The diamond-set platinum nestles between 18ct gold split shoulders that curl around the navette like tender sepals. A low profile gallery and slender band give the yellow-gold body of the ring a delicate and feminine appeal. The ring's interior is marked "B159 18ct" with the maker's mark "A.W.C.&Co." Circa 1890.
Details.....Currently a size 7.25. The top of the ring measures 11.5mm by 6.6mm, and the band is 1.3mm wide. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should expect all vintage and antique jewels to show some wear; we consider it part of their charm.
